In compliance with the Governor’s orders, POCO Solar Energy will be operating as an essential business to our community. The safety of our staff & customers is very important to us, and both our Technical Staff & Administrative Staff have implemented recommended practices during this time. We will be operating on limited business/office hours as well as staff, but, rest assured that we are all doing our best to serve you as promptly as possible. 

Some of the practices/changes* currently implement will be:

• Distanced/No Social interaction with our technicians while servicing sites

• No Walk-Ins currently permitted at our office; Must have a pre-arranged appointment if this is needed

• Postponement of non-urgent services to high traffic sites

• Postponement of non-urgent services to sites where social distancing cannot be properly practiced
